1. Commission Structure & Earnings

✅ Flat 20% Commission – Earn 20% on every completed sale from your unique referral link.
✅ Real-Time Tracking – Your affiliate dashboard provides real-time tracking of clicks, sales, and commissions.
✅ Payouts – Commissions are processed [monthly/bi-weekly] via PayPal. Make sure your PayPal account details are updated in your affiliate dashboard.

Commission Adjustments & Holds

  • If a sale is canceled or refunded, the corresponding commission will be reversed from your earnings.

  • No fraudulent activity – Any attempt to generate false commissions (e.g., fake sales, coupon abuse, click fraud) will result in termination from the program.
  • No misleading ads – Affiliates cannot create fake reviews, impersonate Smarter Snacks, or misrepresent our brand.

⚠️ Brand & Compliance Guidelines

  • Always use approved marketing materials from your affiliate dashboard.
  • Comply with all advertising laws, FTC guidelines, and social media policies when promoting our products.
  • Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Smarter Snacks (e.g., collaboration, adding #smartersnacks or “This is an affiliate link” when posting).

3. Free Samples & Profile Updates

🎁 Free Snack Samples – As a welcome gift, we’ll send you a free sample pack so you can experience and promote our products.

📌 Important: Address Verification

  • Ensure your shipping details are correct and updated in your affiliate profile and residency in the same store market country.
  • If your address is incorrect, please update it by contacting us at social@smartersnacks.com.

4. Termination & Violations

🚫 Smarter Snacks reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate who:

  • Engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior
  • Violates our brand policies or advertising laws
  • Uses spammy, deceptive, or prohibited marketing tactics

💡 If an affiliate is removed from the program, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
